Wed Dec 27, 2006 6:29 pm   New Year Resolutions for 2007

Hello everyone,

I want to get our monthly topics going again. I do apologize for the long wait. I decided to take two months off from my newsletter and topics so that I could get my life organized and back together after our move to Kansas. I hope to get our new issue ready for January. So, please join me...

It's that time of year again when we begin to think about the new year to come and what we want to accomplish.

My new year resolutions include eating healthier than ever before, weight loss, spending more quality time with my boys, producing some products of my own for my online business, and last but certainly not least...more time in prayer and Bible reading.

Would any of you ladies like to share some of your resolutions for the year 2007?

Those are great resolutions, Rhonda!

I actually worked on my goals earlier this month. I learned a lot about what I want my life to be like and what it's going to take to get there.

Here are some of my goals for the coming year:
Set a training schedule for my Jerky Direct team
Complete my informative web site for Omega 3 Krill Oil
Officially launch another site, AIM for Success (It's live, but not quite ready for official WWW launch)
Win the trip to the Salmon River Lodge again!
Spend more time serving God's people
Spend more time studying God's Word
Stay in touch with my long distance friends better
Manage my time effectively (already doing better at that!)

I started a new blog and my most recent post is about how I set my goals. Maybe it will help others: http://yourjerkylady.blogspot.com

Rhonda, you do have some wonderful goals for 2007. My goals are similiar. I do want more time to spend reading my Bible as well as praying. Growing my business is a major priority as well as continuing to be a good parent and Christian. I wish you well in 2007 in accomplishing your goals. Take care and God bless.

Thanks, ladies, for all your comments. I'm really enjoying hearing your goals.

And, Shelly, I really had to admire you on that last goal, "to spend less time online". It happens to me all too often....trying to get just one more project done. Our goal is to work from home to have more time with the family, and sometimes, it seems like we have less and less when we get too caught up in online projects.

Happy New Year Everyone!!

You all have some wonderful goals and have given me a lot to think about.

My number one goal, which relates to both personal life and business endeavors, is to stop spending so much time analyzing and spend more time taking action. That is not the same as jumping in without looking, but sometimes taking a risk when I have little or nothing to lose.

Hope that makes sense.

Happy New Year!
Susan

Good Goals for the year everyone!

Mine are:

Better organized. I want my books to be spit shined clean each month.

Wiser business decisions. I've chalked this past year up to a learning curve, and spent a lot of money on useless advertising. I can look back and kick myself because of it, or I can use my experience to help others. :)

Debt FREE!!! This is a BIG goal, because I DID end up using business credit cards for personal things such as groceries. We were so tight last year because dh started a new job, so I have nothing, financially, to show for all of my hard work with my business. This year my goal is to pay it ALL OFF, and not incur anymore.

Build a BIG team. I am looking to build big, go wide, and be able to mentor well enough so that my team is able to build big themselves.

finally....continue to work on myself. I know in network marketing self improvement is imperative. The work I have done this past year has been HUGE, and it has allowed for improvement in all areas of my life; my family, my business, and my personal happiness..

Whew! That was a LOT, huh?

Here's to a New Year FULL of opportunities!
