Is anyone doing anything special for their clients this week?

This week I am taking off 15% of my fees. It will be a surprise reflected in their invoices.

What a nice "surprise" that is. I'm sure that makes your customers feel that you really do "think" of them.

How funny! I did my spot on wahmtalkradio this week on customer service and I didn't realize it was Customer Appreciation week. I was going to do several weeks worth of CS tips and info. I even blogged about it too!

Dang I am so good, I don't even realize it! ROFL!

I love to treat my customers to extra free samples, free gadgets or whatever when they order and twice a year I do my own customer appreciation sale where I offer everything at my cost.

I signed up for your direct seller's weekly tips -- and you've done an outstanding job. Great tips! I love to pick up every tidbit I can get. I'm signed up for several weekly newsletters and tips and spend the first part of my business day 'continuing my education' as I open my daily mail. *I have an email address I use just for receiving all my newsletters and tips.
