Southwestern Chicken Stir Fry

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup medium picante sauce (mild if it better suits your taste)
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 small zucchini
1 small yellow squash

Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips. Mix lime juice and chili powder in a large bowl. Add chicken and refrigerate at least one hour.

Cut squash and zucchini into slices. Heat skillet or wok over high heat. Coat with 1/2 of the oil. Add chicken and marinade and stir fry until chicken is done. Remove chicken from skillet.

Add remaining oil and coat pan. Add zucchini and squash and stir fry about 3 minutes. Stir in chicken, picante sauce and cilantro. Stir fry until mixed and hot.
