Sheryl,
You're too funny! Yes, taking your fish to work would be more peaceful. In fact, it might enhance your work performance. by promoting a calm, relaxing environment. :D |

Being that I work from home my 2 dogs go to work with me every day. Bear always comes in the office with me and lays right down like he is guarding the room. Seriously he lays right in the middle.

Jo,
Well, I for one would really be afraid of a "bear". I would absolutely not disturb you while working in your office. I just found out from my husband's family members in Alaska that they can be quite aggressive.
Now, your dog might not take his job so seriously if you had named him "Walrus"
Well anyway, Jo, I'm just envious. I would love to have a dog lay and guard my work area. |

Now if we could only train these dogs to scare of spammers - then we would have something to brag about!!! LOL!!
I think Zed must look at puppy porn when we are gone. Every time we come home he is in the computer chair with a look on his face like he is in trouble. Tommara likes to lay so her head is on the mouse. That way you have to pay attention to her.

Rhonda, our Bear is really a sweet dog! We call him "sweet boy" a lot and he will answer to that. He is quite the character. When we have been gone for awhile during the day and we come home, when I go to sit on the couch he will jump up on his side of the sectional and walk over to me to pet him for awhile, than he will lay down with his head in my lap so that I can pet him for a few minutes. We say that he is looking for his "mommy fix".

Now with so many people working from home, who is making up these silly days like take your dog, kids, daughter....to work. Have they not figured out that we do that everyday?!
Those things just are not a Hallmark moment anymore! LOL! In fact they don't even get the Kodak moment either!
Have a great day,
