Fri Sep 21, 2007 9:00 pm   Hello from Oklahoma...

Hello y'all, no fancy html's here and no masked man or mister X. My name is Frank Thomas and I know home base business like the back of my hand. I don't make a mystery of driving some insane traffic to a site that converts to sales. This is a REAL conversation with a friend, Ina Stanley a great gal, in EDC Gold (which I'm not, but there's nothing wrong with that), here it goes:

2 years ago I was at the peak of my offline business(steel buildings) earning well in the 6 figures until I made a bad decision to merge and partner up with a newer company. To make a long short in about two month I had nothing left .. :( No house, vehicles, bike, except 13 acres and a cabin that I had bought some years back. for a w-e retreat. This has been my home for the last year or so. But the problem was it had no phone, or any kind of modern connection. Until the neighbor's wife on top of the hill decided she wanted something better than dialup. This is when I made a deal with them and agreed to erect a 60 foot steel tower on their land(since they are higher than me) so the wireless broadband company could get a signal to us. I then had to run 1600' of cat5 internet wirering thru the cow patch and install three sub-stations(hubs/switches) powered by solar, to keep the data alive 'till it reached my cabin. Well it worked :D and worked good enough to get a phone thru Vonage (yeah !) . until one morning I heard the sound of a diesel engine in the pasture and when I looked out An oilfield co. had already tore thru the cat5 with their dozer to set up a new rig  ... So i started all over again and my connections stayed down for two weeks. The local church brought me a food basket a time or two...That was then and if you want to find out what got me out of this FOR REAL, REAL , REAL... Then follow me here I'm no mask man and you can call me anytime day or nite ! http://www.rocketwealthsys.net/main

Frankly, Frank, I feel more like you're throwing me a sales pitch rather than introducing yourself, but I do sincerely welcome you to our wahm forum.

*I see you're from OKC...I lived in Oklahoma City for about 15 years. I just moved to Kansas last October.

Fri Sep 21, 2007 11:49 pm   Sorry you had to leave Oklahoma...

I really had not meant to pitch anything and I will be glad to edit my post in a bit.
I just landed accidently on this Mr-X post and I recognized the voice of Mr-X Corcoran from EDC whom I'm well familiar with.
But enough of this, did you live in the big town itself? I ran a "brick & Mortar" business there in OKC for 14 years. But I've set out to "immortalise" this wonderful lil' cabin near Cedar Lake (west of OKC) as it provided me with a new start and a roof over my head. I occasionaly play piano at the church in Hinton, ever heard of it?
Well Rhonda sure nice meeting ya but it's Friday and we're going to Cattleman's in Packin' town,

Be well, G-bless Frank

Yes, I lived in the NW part of OKC. The big city itself. I now live in a very small town in Kansas, and I'm enjoying the quiet and peace extremely.

I don't believe I'm familiar with your church, but I played piano at a small church in OKC for awhile. Although, I'm not really accomplished on the piano, it was more of a "willingness" to used of God since there wasn't anyone else to play.

Welcome to the forum, Frank.

Rhonda, I'm sure you're pretty good if you can play and people can sing with ya. They wouldn't be able to sing with me at all. LOL
