Pumpkin Frost Cookies
1 c. sugar
1/2 margerine
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Cream sugar & margerine together. Add pumpkin, raisins and vanilla...blend together. Add in salt, flour, baking soda and the baking powder until all ingredients are well blended.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8-12 minutes.
Frosting:
1 lb. box of powdered 10-X Sugar
1/2 c. margerine (room temp)
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
coconut flakes (optional)
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover until ready to use. After cookies are cool, frost & sprinkle with coconut if desired. |
