Hello moms!
I am doing research for my new book, and I would really appreciate your feedback on the title. Would it catch your attention? Would it make you pick up a copy in the book store?
"My Mom Is Rich!"
Every Woman's Guide to Making Money
by Selling Her Knowledge from Home
I posted this request on a couple of other message boards, trying to figure out the best title to match the content.
Thank you so much, ladies!

Milana,
Congratulations on your new book! :D
I'll offer my opinion. Please keep in mind that this is "only my opinion" as everyone will have their own view of your title...
Personally, I think the word "Rich" is being overly abused. When I saw it in the subject line it more or less sounded like yet another common internet ad boasting about another get-rich quick scheme.
There are lots of people today in debt...they're just hoping to get out of debt. Getting rich certainly would be a dream, but perhaps right now they're just looking for a solution to increase their income. Try to appeal to their need.
 My style is the "quirky," uncommon approach to catch attention like...
"Mama Ain't Broke No More" -- Learn How to Make Money Selling Something You've Already Got!
Or if you're basing this on true actual events and your mom has never been broke a day in her life, then you can use something like...
"Mama's Got More Cents!" -- Learn How You Can Make More too!
But, seriously...if you're looking for a very serious approach...I would use another word besides "Rich", simply because I do feel that it is so overused that it lacks originality.
By the way....best wishes on success!! |

I posted on another forum basically saying the same thing about the word "rich" and it's over used and "rich" can mean different things to different people and it just sounds hoaxy to me.

| I don't like the word "rich" at all in the title. |

I agree, there has to be a better title for the book without the word "Rich" in it. Maybe you could use something like " You to can make money from home honestly!" What do you think?

Very true.
I almost did not read your post because it looked like a get rich ad ( scam)
