I woke up a little after 5 this morning and my son came into my office and told me that he was taking my daughter-in-law to the emergency room. He said that she was up throwing up all night last night and had a horrible headache. I know that she had a horrible headache all day yesterday as well.

Jo,
Will be praying...hope she recovers very quickly...
It's seems that there is alot of sickness this year, at least, it seems so at our church. Everyone keeps getting really sick and then it gets passed all around again. One man went to the emergency room but was sent back home. The local hospital has their hands full. Many who were sent away here locally have gone to a nearby town and were instantly placed in the hospital. It seems that our hospital is lacking somewhat on help. |

Rhonda and Rosalee, thank you for the prayers. Rosalee, it's not the flu. They did take a Cat Scan but thank G-d that came back normal. They gave her some medicine that hubby and I picked up for her on the way home and she said that really helped. She laid down for a while and went to sleep.
Rhonda, the local hospital here is always so packed. This is a growing area so have no clue why when they built this hospital, they only made it a 60 bed hospital. When my youngest son went in last month he was admitted within 2 1/2 hours of being there but stayed in the emergency room from Tuesday morning until Friday after he had his surgery. Than he had to have a room.

I'm glad to hear it wasn't flu & hope she gets better soon.
Sounds like our hospital here, you go to er and you wait to be seen for quite a while. I sometimes think that they're to over loaded with patients, at least in our area.
