1/2 cup Knorr Sesame Ginger Marinade
1 lb top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 cup diced mango
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
8 large butter lettuce leaves, washed and dried

Combine the marinade and beef in a large resealable plastic bag, Close the bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine the mango, red pepper, carrot and jalapeņo pepper; set aside. Remove the beef and discard the marinade. In a large skillet set over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Cook the beef in batches, stirring ccasionally, until desired doneness is reached.

To serve, place beef strips down the centre of each lettuce leaf, top with mango mixture, roll and eat.
