My name is Gazelle Simmons. I'm 38, a mother of two daughters, 15 & 14 and in the process of a divorce.
My daughters and I live in Newnan, GA, which is about 45 minutes south of Atlanta. I'm here due to Hurricane Katrina decimating Long Beach, MS where I moved last April from Virginia Beach, VA for my estranged husband's Navy orders.
From June 1998 to April 2005, I ran a secretarial service in Virginia Beach, VA. I was also an independent contractor for several mystery shopping companies both local and nationwide.
Re-establishment as a virtual assistant in January has made life much more satisfying. I'm enjoying working again so much more than looking for employment. With help from the God, good friends and plenty of clients, I will be here working hard in GA for many years to come.
