These are so tasty and easy!! One of our favorite ways to have potatoes!!
Golden Parmesan Potatoes
6 large potatoes (Sliced or chunked)
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. pepper or to taste
parsley, chives or diced green onions
1/2 cup butter
Place in plastic bag: flour, grated cheese, salt , pepper, parsely and potatoes. Shake. Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Place coated potatoes in pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Turn once during baking.
NOTE: I also use garlic powder and cajun seasoning. |
