Hi everyone, I just joined here tonight. This looks like it is a great forum and I am happy to be here. I'm Jo, married to my best friend for 43 years. We have 3 grown children, 6 grandchildren as our youngest son got married in May to a woman with 2 teenage daughters and 1 great granddaughter on the way. We are actually on our way to Florida right now to await her birth. Our granddaughters due date is July 11th and my hubby's birhtday is July 14th so we were hoping that she would wait until than but our granddaughter is a gestional diabetic and the dr wants her in the hospital on the 4th and will induce on the 5th. We will be in Florida tomorrow.
I am in some different home businesses but only have a few that I am actively working. I look forward to getting to know everyone better here.

Thanks Gazelle, we are really looking forward to her arrival. We went to Sears today to buy our daughter a new washing machine and somehow ended up in the baby department and had so much fun buying some more new stuff for Cali.

Don't worry, ending up in the baby department is one of the perks when you have grand in your title. :) I'm sure your daughter is going to love having a washer at home with a newborn. Oh Gazelle, my daughter isn't having a baby. Her daughter is having a baby and we are having our first great granddaughter. I already have 6 grandchildren. My daughter has a washing machine but it is leaking very badly and would probably cost just as much to repair as to buy a new one now. Our granddaughter already has a machine too.

Well then you should have your own aisle in the baby section complete with free shipping by now. :):):)
I hope your daughter enjoys her washer and she might even do a few loads of your great grandaughter's clothes when she visits. Take care and God bless. |
