I need your opinion.
Traffic exchanges.
Do they work?
Or are they just another way to get a virus?

They're more like a way to waste your time away. You can get more value for your time by writing articles and submitting them to some article directories.

You can get visits to your site through traffic exchanges, but I doubt you'll get many sales if any at all. All the traffic exchange users are out to do the same thing you are...get visits to their site.

Some claim that traffic exchanges really work...but I doubt you'll find any of the top internet marketers using such tactics because they know there's much better ways to get exposure for their business and they probably spend "A LOT LESS TIME" promoting their business than the traffic exchangers do.
